Tom is an Associate Real Estate Broker with 19 years experience helping clients sell, buy, and lease residential and commercial properties. He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the State University of New York, and Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management from Cornell University. The finance background makes Tom well equipped to provide market analysis / property valuation for broad spectrum of clients from residential through commercial and hospitality. Methodical and analytical approach to real estate, exceptional negotiation skills as well a strong work ethic helped Tom gain Top Performers’ Award issued by CRR for the best agents. Born in Poland, he has lived on Long Island for the past 25 years.
